Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the world’s most adopted cloud platform and Amazon's largest corporate entity in Taiwan. During my time there, I translated complex technical services into engaging visual narratives, driving impact through marketing campaigns.

Where My Journey Starts
Joining AWS as my first full-time role out of college was a pivotal chapter in my career. I had the privilege of working alongside some of the smartest, warmest, and most talented professionals in the industry. The lessons I learned there, including Amazon's Leadership Principles, fundamentally shaped my approach to problem-solving and continue to guide my growth as a designer today.

Web Design & Management
Drove 1M unique visitors and a 181% increase in page views by owning the end-to-end web growth strategy and shipping 200+ responsive pages.
Boosted sign-ups by 10% and average time on site by 150% by building a custom dashboard to monitor A/B testing experiments.
Produced 100+ digital assets across web, email, paid media, social, and campaigns, delivering on-brand, growth-focused creative aligned with Amazon’s design system.
Optimized lifecycle touchpoints across email, paid media, and social to support acquisition and conversion, leveraging funnel analysis and user behavior insights.
I supported the execution of 100+ events, webinars, and meetups. By obsessing over every touchpoint, from RSVP to post-event communications, I ensured a frictionless and high-quality brand experience for every attendee.

Designing for Scale and Impact

✨Connecting the Dots to Product Design
Looking back, my time at AWS was the ultimate training ground for my transition into Product Design. While my role was to strategize and tell stories about our products' success, I gradually realized that the best marketing is a seamless product experience. I learned that true impact comes from thinking beyond the canvas. This shift in mindset, coupled with the global tech exposure I gained, pushed me to pursue a Master’s in Product Innovation in the U.S.
Today, as a Product Designer, I leverage my marketing roots as a strategic lens. By combining deep customer empathy with business goals, I focus on designing intuitive experiences that drive Product-Led Growth.
